Day 10

Today I had to go to a restaurant for lunch to celebrate a birthday with my co-workers. However, I took my own nutritious lunch. I also went to the Activity Center & made another mile on the treadmill.

Breakfast: Protein shake

Snack: Cauliflower, turkey, nuts & carrots

Lunch: Shrimp & Spinach Salad

The lunch salad was so satisfying that I was not hungry at dinnertime.
