Every morning my bowl is empty. It is my choice what to put in it. I’m choosing good, nutritious foods that will make me healthier and more energetic. I’m also learning about new foods and different combinations of foods that will starve off the cravings for the unhealthy foods; such as diet coke that will increase belly fat. I’m enjoying this way of eating and I hope to continue at it daily. The only thing I see as a problem is not being prepared to have the healthy snacks and meals ready when the blood sugar bottoms out. I plan to have my kitchen stocked full of good wholesome foods so that I can ‘nick that problem in the bud’ before it surfaces! Stay tune for more thoughts and how this wonderful new plan will work out in the long run.
