Day 9

I went to the Activity Center today for the first time in several weeks. Although I worked 8 hrs., I was able to walk one-mile on the treadmill.

Breakfast: Protein Shake

Snack: Celery, cauliflower, Parmesan cheese, turkey, black beans, nuts

Lunch: Bowl of black beans

Dinner: Broccoli with teaspoon of peanut butter, & 1-slice of beef roast with ketchup *

* Beef roast and ketchup are not on the Blood Sugar program. Beef roast is red meat and ketchup contains sugar.
