Day 4

I have worked all but Monday this week but with a headache.

Breakfast: Protein shake

Snack: Chicken, celery, broccoli, cauliflower, beans and nuts.

Lunch: My Mom’s Tomato and Bean Soup

Dinner: Cooked with bamboo pots Chicken, broccoli, asparagus, celery in the bottom basket and butter beans in the top basket.
