Day 3

On Wednesday I still had a headache and my stomach started hurting. And digestive problems were worse. But I made it through the day and I really did enjoy the dinner. It was so nice to have a good bowl of stoup that was good and nourishing to my body. I need to do better with what I make for breakfast. It needs to be fast but I don’t think I would like shakes…however, Dr. Hyman does suggest a protein shake so I will have to give them a try.

Breakfast: none

Snack: nuts, celery, cauliflower and beans.

Lunch: My Mom’s Tomato and Bean Stoup

Dinner: Salmon and spinach
